Design

The pricing suggested on the site is an average indication on the cost of each piece. However intricate design work, stitch count on embroidery and number of colours for print can affect the cost. This is why we offer a quote basis. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday with a confirmed quote in which you can choose whether or not to proceed. Please note for embroidery a minimum of 36 pieces per design is required due to the cost of set up.  Upon quote we also review your artwork to see if it meets copyright standards, please understand designs can be rejected if they breech copyright terms and conditions. 

 

Confidentiality

We are commited to maintaining the highest degree of integrety in all of our dealings with potential, current and past clients. This includes normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personel information recieved in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all of our customers, suppliers and associates. 

 

Ethics

We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suplliers to do the sam. Our advice, strategic assistance and methods imparted through our training take proper account of ethical considerations. This is together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers. 

 

Duty of Care 

Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law. We believe that all businesses and organisations, including The University Shop and The Insignia Group, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of individuals in the organisations we deal with, as well as the local and wider environments and the well-being of society at large. 

 

Conflict of Interest 

Due to the sensitive nature of our particular consultancy services we will not provide a service to a direct competitor of a client, and we generally try and avoid dealings with competitor companies even after the cessation of services to a client. 

 

Payment 

We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services are charged. Once the query is processed you have the option of payment in different forms. Debit, Credit or Paypal. Other payment methods are negotiable upon contact. We will always try and cater to your needs. 

 

Moral Rights

We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return we respect the moral  and intellectual copyright vested in our client's intellectural property. 

 

Quality Assurance 

We maintain the quality of what we do through continuous review with our clients, covering aims, activities, outcomesand the cost effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports. This consultancy has been accredited under a number of quality assurance schemes. 

 

Professional Conduct

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.
